The best way to get to know a place is to taste its products, meet those who create them with passion and be guided by the stories that accompany them. In this section we have collected experiences that will lead you to discover the authentic taste of our land: not only to taste, but to experience with all your senses.

Truffle hunting with dinner
An evocative experience in close contact with nature and one of the most prized ingredients of Italian cuisine. Accompanied by an expert truffle hunter and his dog, you will walk along trails in the woods in search of truffles. A fascinating activity, suitable for everyone, combining adventure, tradition and passion for the area.
After the harvest, the day ends with a truffle dinner, prepared directly at the hunting site or in a location surrounded by greenery. An opportunity to taste genuine dishes, linked to the season and the territory, in an intimate and convivial atmosphere.

Cellar visit with wine tasting
A journey through the hills and vineyards, discovering the wines of the area. You will visit a selected winery, learn about the production processes and taste different labels, accompanied by local products. An experience suitable for wine enthusiasts and those approaching the world of wine for the first time.

Visit to a craft brewery
For beer lovers, we offer a tour of a local craft brewery. During the visit you will learn about the brewing methods, the ingredients used and the different types of beer produced. All accompanied, of course, by a tasting session.

Visit to an oil mill with oil tasting
Extra virgin olive oil is one of the symbols of our cuisine. This experience will take you to a local oil mill, where you can watch the production phases and taste different types of oil, learning to recognise its quality and characteristics.

Visit a cheese factory
An opportunity to discover how some of Romagna’s best-loved traditional cheeses are made. You will visit a small dairy, meet the people who work there and witness – where possible – the production process. The visit ends with a guided tasting.
